Four years ago, Hennglise Dorival began growing a massive tumor. What started out as a toothache grew into a bump the size of a pea and soon after expanded to the size of two grapefruits. Without treatment, the tumor would continue to grow.

But thanks to generous worldwide supporters, Hennglise was able to travel with her mother from her remote village in Haiti to Virginia Beach to receive life-changing surgery at The Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters under the care of many talented medical professionals.

Unfortunately, there are many more children like Hennglise around the world who face massive deformities with nowhere to turn.
