IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you are a Johnson & Johnson employee in the U.S., it’s important to understand all the rules for submitting a Matching Gifts Program request. In particular, two items are important to note:

Fundraising funds” collected and grouped together from friends, family members and/or colleagues ARE NOT eligible for matching gifts. Any funds submitted for matching gifts must be that of an individual U.S.-based employee or retiree ONLY.
Funds from a 2:1 match cannot be used as a “credit” towards Operation Smile mission trip eligibility; this constitutes a personal benefit and is not permitted under the Matching Gifts Program rules. The matching gift dollars will be allocated toward the department/team pages, not the individual fundraiser’s page.
