As a young boy in Rwanda, Enok learned to be alone. After living with a cleft condition for 25 years, he learned to stay out of sight. He wanted to be known, seen and heard. But people thought he was ugly, even cursed, and were scared at the sight of him. That was until he met a team of Operation Smile volunteers.
