Operation Smile - Survey - ISLC 2025 Travel Form

ISLC 2025 will be held at University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland, USA from July 21-27, 2025.

Participants must book their own travel to and from College Park, Maryland, USA. Those traveling via airplane should fly through Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD).

For Participants arriving on Monday, July 21, 2025, OSI will provide ground transportation from IAD to University of Maryland for fligts arriving before 3:00 pm local time. OSI will also provide return transportation from University of Maryland to IAD on Sunday, July 27, 2025; the last bus will leave for the airport at 12:00 pm local time.

Furthermore, OSI will also provide ground transportation to and from scheduled events. Please review the conference information packet for additional information.

Ground transportation from IAD to University of Maryland is approximately an hour depending on traffic.

Please note, if you are arriving and/or departing from a different nearby airport, you are responsible for arranging your own transportation to/from the University of Maryland.

Parking at University of Maryland is available for participants using their personal vehicles to drive to ISLC 2025 Please note, upon arrival participants are financially responsible for parking their personal vehicles in the permitted parking lot. Participants are not allowed to access their personal vehicles throughout the conference; participants are also not allowed off the premises at any time unless approved and accompanied by OSI staff for emergency purposes.

Please note that some participants may be required to obtain a visitor’s visa to enter the USA. Please visit https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas.html/ to review if a visa will be required for travel to USA.
