I am part of a group of J&J employees based in Diegem, Belgium who are passionate about raising much needed funds to support Operation Smile's work around the world.

We aim to raise awareness and educate the public about the cleft lip condition. More importantly, we want to raise funds to support simple and cost effective surgical operations that can completely transform an individual's life for the better.
