Hi! My name is Kait Caple and I am honored to be the Operation Smile Ambassador for the NorthEast this year. 

Throughout my life service has meant everything to me and truly drew me to Johnson and Johnson. I had the opportunity to volunteer at a school in Ecuador for a week during spring break. In this photo my new friend and I were heading back to the classroom after she had just conquered the monkey bars on the playground for the first time. During this trip and others it lead to a lot of smiles, which are still some of my favorite memories.
