Howdy folks!

Here's an interesting statistic - Did you know that 1 in 700 children around the world suffer from a cleft lip or cleft palate deformity? I'm willing to bet you've known one or two kids in your life who were born with this deformity. Try putting yourself in their situation - Not only are these children often excluded from school or playing with their friends—even abandoned by their families, they often suffer from other health issues as a result of the deformity. All of us at Zumasys want to change that.

Through our Happyness Is a Choice program, Zumasys is partnering with Operation Smile, an international medical charity that performs cleft lip and cleft palate surgery for children in need.

It doesn't take much money to make a big difference in a child's life, and I'm hoping you can help me make an real impact. Just $240 will help Operation Smile repair a cleft lip or palate and give a child the gift of a smile. Think about it... imagine not being able to smile because you're physically unable to, or are too embarassed because of the way you look.

At Zumasys, we have challenged ourselves to raise enough money to fund over 300 smiles to children in need. In fact, we have each personally pledged to raise enough to fund at least three smiles. But to do that, I'm going to need help.
