1) Call today for a FREE Scrap Refining Kit with a pre-paid & insured UPS return label - (800) 799-3858
2) DDS Refinery will send out a canister labeled with Operation Smile logo and a pre-paid and insured UPS return label
3) Doctors / Staff will fill the canister and mail back to DDS refinery with the pre-stamped box.
4) DDS Refinery typically charges a 10% refining fee and pays back 90% of the value received. But for Operation Smile they are returning 95% of value - paid to Operation Smile as a donation on behalf of the doctor.
5) Doctor will than receive a tax deductible letter from Operation Smile for the 95% of value of scraps they donated
