Life is not fair, but it is that way for a reason. I think the reason is to give us the opportunity to make a difference in other people's life for the better. It is not fair for a child to be born with a cleft lip and cleft palate, but thanks God there is plastic surgery to correct the problem.
Unfortunately, not every child's parents specially in developing countries have the money to pay for corrective surgery.
When I learned that Operation Smile helps children with cleft lip and cleft palate around the world whose parents cannot afford corrective surgery, I immediately decided to support them and raise awareness about helping those children.
