Each year, the Grade 6 classes at International School Bangkok (ISB) collaborate in what has come to be a HUGE effort to raise awareness and money for Operation Smile. Students, teachers, staff and parents work together in the year's single biggest service project. Since the program began, Grade 6 has funded surgeries for almost 300 children in Thailand through Operation Smile. In addition, this phenomenal program brings together the Grade 6 community in a truly powerful way.

Operation Smile mobilizes a world of generous hearts to heal children’s smiles and transform lives across the globe. Operation Smile’s network of volunteers works worldwide to repair childhood facial deformities including cleft lips and cleft palates.
