OneSmile Begins With You

You already do amazing things. But when you join Operation Smile supporters, you’re joining a passionate group of people who want to help children worldwide by giving the gift of hope and a new smile.

Here are different types of pages you can create:
- Personal — Use special occasions and celebrations such as weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, birthdays, school or club projects or company events
- Honorary — Pay tribute to someone who made a difference in yours
- Memorial — Honor a loved one

No matter what inspires you to start a OneSmile campaign, children and families around the world will feel the impact that your gifts deliver, and we can’t thank you enough!

Currently, OneSmile pages are only available to process in U.S. Funds and issued tax receipts in accordance with the regulations of the Internal Revenue Service of the United States.

	The Page Type determines the information you will be asked to supply for this page. For an Honorary page, you will be asked for the name and contact information of the Honoree. For a Memorial page, you will be asked for the name of the page Honoree plus the name and contact information of a Next of Kin representative of the Honoree. 	The following image shows how the content elements are arranged on your default fund page. As you work with the sections below, the corresponding section in the image will highlight to indicate where that information will be located on the default fund page layout.
	Your Fund Page:
	Enter your page name, such as your name or the name of the honoree. The page name will also be used as the initial title for your webpage, to help people find your page when they search for it.

	Inspire others to donate to your cause by briefing explaining why you are creating a OneSmile webpage.
	Tell Your Story:

	Personalize your page by adding an image to your webpage.
	Upload an Image for your Web Page:	1. Prepare your image. Images must be .gif, .jpg, or .png files. Files with a .jpg or .png type will be automatically resized to fit in a 225 x 300 pixel space. The maximum acceptable file size is 1.5 Mb. 2. Select the file. Enter the name of the file on your computer or use the Browse button to select the file. Associated Image Use the file browse to locate an image. Then click the upload image button to display the preview image. 3. Click the upload image button.

	Enter a fundraising goal to encourage people to give generously to your cause.
	Fundraising Goal:	Suggested Goal: $240.00

	Enter a short statement to display with the Page Name in search results and to distinguish this page from others with similar names. Consider entering Honoree information (for example, place of residence and other names) in this field. You can edit this later in the Champion Center.
	Enter Page Description:

	Clicking the following checkbox hides your webpage in search results. Only those you send your link to will be able to view your private webpage.
	Make Page Private:	Do not display this page in lists or during searches

A gift made through this appeal represents a gift to the entire Operation Smile mission. To help the most children, we use your gift where it can do the most good by pooling it with the gifts of others.
