Dear Friends,

I have joined fellow Operation Smile supporters to participate in Tough Mudder, a grueling, hardcore 10-12 mile obstacle course designed by British Special Forces to test all around strength, stamina, mental grit, and camaraderie.

Through this unique fundraiser we intend to raise at least $20,000 to support Operation Smile and children around the world.  I intend to raise at least $1,000 and hopefully more.  These funds will allow Operation Smile to provide life changing cleft lip and palate surgeries to children in need.
