Fashion for Smiles is a non-profit company that is changing children's lives through fashion. Our mission is to help children in need, which is why we have joined forces with two of the most amazing charities, Operation Smile and Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation. Each year, during Pittsburgh Fashion Week, the Fashion for Smiles Gala fully benefits Operation Smile and Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation.

Operation Smile mobilizes a world of generous hearts to heal children’s smiles and transform lives across the globe. Operation Smile’s network of volunteers works worldwide to repair childhood facial deformities including cleft lips and cleft palates.

Help us bring hope and new smiles to children suffering from facial deformities by supporting our fundraising goal.

The Fashion for Smiles team has pledged to support Operation Smile and children around the world affected by cleft lip, cleft palate, and other facial deformities.  Funds raised will allow Operation Smile and their network of medical volunteers to provide free life-changing surgeries and transform lives around the world.
